In Teresaa’s Transformational Coaching she has specialized in “The Creative Mindset”. Being an artist herself, she has become an expert in awaken the creative potential to be able to express ourselves freely and confidently. In this Transformational Coaching you will be supported by hypnotherapy to rapidly turn an unwanted situation around to support a more life-enhancing approach.
Duration: 3 months.
The coaching programs that Teresaa is offering are always customized to your specific needs and desires. In this particular coaching program you meet 2-3 times per month of which 1 session is the main session for the month. During the main session of the month you will have to scedule in an approx. 3 hour long session, to fully be able to embrace the process. The other sessions throughout the month are shorter check-ins (15-30 mins each). You will be given individual assignments to complete each month and you are expected to share your progress with Teresaa as you move forward.
